Welcome to Comedy Plex LLC’s website! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from us, including merchandise, tickets, and classes.

    2. Release of Liability. By attending a Comedy Plex Comedy Club event, you release Comedy Plex, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising from your attendance.
    3. Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge and understand that attending a Comedy Plex Comedy Club event may involve inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to exposure to loud noises, offensive language, and physical contact. You assume all risks and dangers associated with attending a Comedy Plex Comedy Club event.
  12. Limitation of Liability for Comedy Plex Comedy Club Events
    1. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Comedy Plex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance at a Comedy Plex Comedy Club event, even if Comedy Plex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    2. Maximum Liability. Comedy Plex’s maximum liability for any claim arising from your attendance at a Comedy Plex Comedy Club event shall be limited to the total amount you paid for your ticket to the event.
