About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, quick-thinking Backup Server to join our comedy club crew. This is a flexible, on-call position perfect for someone looking to pick up extra shifts. You will step in during our high-volume peak nights and cover for full-time staff when they are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Energy Service: Provide fast, friendly food and drink service in a dark, fast-paced showroom.
- On-Call Availability: Be ready to jump into rotation, occasionally with short notice.
- Peak Performance: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar during packed, high-volume weekend shows.
- Crowd Control: Deliver bills and process payments quietly and efficiently without disrupting the performers on stage.
Schedule & Requirements
- The Window: Must be available Wednesday through Saturday evenings as needed.
- Last-Minute Ready: High availability for short-notice, same-day call-ins is a must.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of casual dining, high-volume bar, or nightclub serving experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to stay organized under pressure and navigate a crowded, low-light environment.
